Payment Terms

First orders are on pro-forma basis. Subsequent orders net 30 days from date of invoice (on credit application approval). All prices are subject to VAT at the current rate. . Payment can be made by cheque payable to "Terraqueous" or over the phone/online using most major credit/debit card. A 2% charge will be added to the invoice value if paying by credit /debit card. Terraqueous reserves the right to charge interest at 2% per month for overdue payments. All goods supplied by Terraqueous remain our property until all monies due for any goods supplied are received by Terraqueous or its nominated factoring company.

Orders & Delivery to the UK

New Accounts - Minimum opening order £300 carriage paid. Subsequent orders minimum reorder £250. Carriage paid on orders over £300. Orders under carriage paid are charged at £10 + VAT for delivery costs. 

Orders will be despatched on a 48 - 72 hour delivery service. We reserve the right to make partial shipments. Any item ordered that is out of stock will be held on back order and despatched when it becomes available  In the unlikely event of shortfalls or breakages we must be notified within 24hours of delivery. Claims outside this time will not be accepted. No goods may be returned for credit without our consent. We will not make refunds against credit balances: these have to be satisfied by the purchase of further stock. At busy periods there may be a slight delay 1-2 working days before goods are despatched.

On-line Information
The delivery charge will be calculated & displayed when you proceed to the checkout.
You may exit from the checkout before confirming your order if you do not agree with the delivery charge.
If there is any problem with your order we will inform you either by email or telephone normally within 24 hours, you will have the option to proceed with the order or cancel it.
